Now, this is going to be a heaven-sent—no drinking in Ramadan has been the hardest part of my endeavours. Every person I saw ranked this as the top reason for not being able to focus.
You will not believe me when I say I went all the way back to the Aborigines to find a solution, as they could go days in the scorching desert looking for water. They had an amazing trick I shall share, and it still respects the principles of RAMADAN. You will not ingest a thing. It's no mind trick, and it keeps you from having accidents due to dizziness and lack of focus.
